Kona Business AI now has a deliberately simple product shape: Chat for direct answers and Workspace for evidence-backed work. This update replaces the original autonomous-partner positioning with the capabilities the product can verify today.

Chat for direct answers
Ask an authenticated question, attach a supported file, choose Smart Auto or an available model, and inspect sources and model-routing details with the response.
Workspace for defensible work
Keep sources, assumptions, scenarios, artifacts, review state, and approval boundaries together when the task needs more than a single answer.
What “evidence-backed” means
Search results can carry source cards, and supported PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations can preserve page, sheet, cell, or slide locators when extraction succeeds. Those signals make review easier; they do not make every generated claim correct. Material decisions still need a person to inspect the source fit, assumptions, calculations, and limitations.
Capability boundaries are part of the product
Authenticated Chat, supported attachments, evidence-aware research, and persistent Workspace work products.
Model providers, connector reads, exports, realtime voice, and code execution depend on the environment and the specific surface.
Autonomous external execution, universal connector writes, computer use, and enterprise certifications or controls that have not shipped.
Kona is currently offered on a free plan. Provider-backed features require their server-side configuration, external side effects remain separately governed, and no billing capability is implied by this page.
