What to know

Clear guidance, current boundaries.

These details describe the current public product. Review the linked capability and policy pages before making a consequential decision.

01

Product and account support

Email support@konabusiness.ai when a Kona Business AI conversation, Workspace, generated item, sign-in flow, or public page is not working as expected. Include the page or feature involved, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time of the problem. Do not email passwords, bearer tokens, connector credentials, payment details, or confidential customer data.

For an output-quality issue, describe the original goal and the material error. If possible, include a redacted example and say whether the concern involves factual accuracy, a missing source, a calculation, a file preview, an export, or an instruction that was not followed. This helps the team distinguish product defects from requests that need more context.

02

Privacy, legal, and security requests

Use the legal contact configured on this page for a verified access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other privacy request. The team may need to confirm control of the affected account before acting. Security researchers can also use the support address to report a suspected vulnerability; provide a concise description and reproduction details without accessing data that is not yours.

Kona does not ask researchers or customers to publish live credentials or sensitive evidence in a public channel. A report should identify the affected surface, expected boundary, observed behavior, and safe reproduction steps. The privacy and trust pages explain current data-handling and security claims and should be reviewed before assuming a certification or contractual commitment exists.

03

Developer and business questions

For agent integration questions, read the developer overview, authentication guidance, MCP setup, and OpenAPI specification first. The current external agent surface is read-only and workspace-scoped; Kona does not currently advertise public outbound webhooks or a general-purpose write API. Include the relevant workspace use case without sending an active token.

For partnership, procurement, or media questions, explain the organization, intended use, deployment requirements, and timeline. Statements on this website describe the current public product and do not become a custom commitment until both sides approve an applicable written agreement.
