Export and inspect saved deliverables

Workspace supports native exports for matching deliverables: documents to DOCX or Markdown, financial workbooks to XLSX or CSV, and presentations to PPTX. Available formats depend on the saved artifact; do not assume every format exists for every task.

Download from the artifact controls after the task saves its result. If a download fails, keep the task open, check your connection and sign-in, and retry. A completed response must not be mistaken for a confirmed file.

Open the file in your intended application. Check document headings, slide layout, workbook references, formulas, and assumptions. CSV is a flat value table; it does not preserve a multi-sheet workbook or live formulas.
