AI cash-flow forecast
A cash-flow schedule that makes opening balances, receipts, payments, and funding gaps inspectable.
For owners planning payment timing and cash shortfalls.

What you can request
A cash-flow schedule that makes opening balances, receipts, payments, and funding gaps inspectable.
Start with the required details, then add files and authorized context in Workspace. Review progress, revise the result, and export the supported format that fits your task. Your account’s existing usage limits apply.
- Future collections, payment timing, and funding are assumptions until confirmed.
How to use cash-flow forecast
Start with opening cash, expected receipts, and dated payment categories. Include loan payments, tax, owner draws, and capital expenditure where applicable.
Model actual payment timing. Revenue earned this month may not be cash received this month, and profit does not automatically equal cash movement.
Review the lowest projected balance and the assumptions causing it. Use scenarios to discuss funding or payment changes before the gap arrives.
What to check before using the result
This deliberately simple example omits cash timing and financing transactions; it is not a complete forecast.
- Each period starts with the prior closing balance.
- Receipts and payments are not confused with profit.
- Excluded cash items are named explicitly.

Questions about this workflow
Is cash flow the same as profit?
No. Collections, supplier terms, tax, debt, capital spending, and other timing differences can make the two diverge.
Can I model late invoices?
Specify collection delays and affected receipts. Keep the collection assumption explicit and compare its effect on the minimum cash balance.
